Biography
Natural from Portugal, did her nursing training in Lisbon where worked for 8 years in a central hospital in an acute medical ward with a stroke unit. During this time she did her Post graduation in Elderly/Geriatric and a Specialization and Master in Rehabilitation with training in Alcoitao Rehabilitation center. In 2014 decide to challenge herself and moved to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where worked in a Stroke Unit in King Fahad Hospital – National Guard Health Affairs Hospital for one year and half. Here experienced to be a charge nurse and clinical resource nurse and worked with 52 different nationalities in a specific cultural context. In February’16 joined Amana Healthcare Hospital in UAE as a rehabilitation nurse. Helped the team to achieve the CARF accreditation and became Stroke Coordinator.
